Principle of Operation

The product is conveyed on the lower belt through a bed of coating material while the upper conveyor simultaneously applies additional coating material evenly from above, ensuring complete and uniform coverage.

In Vibro-Flip mode, the product is gently turned four times by 180°, allowing additional coating material to adhere during every rotation. This creates an attractive, handcrafted product appearance.

An optional air-nozzle system removes excess coating material. The removed material is automatically collected and recirculated into the process, reducing waste and maximizing coating efficiency.
